• Do NOT put the stainless steel insulated food jar in the microwave.
• Clean with warm, soapy water after use.
• Clean & dry the rubber rung regularly to prevent mildew.

• Hand washing is recommended for the lid to avoid deformation caused by high temperatures & pressure.
• Only for reheating, not for cooking. Reheat for no more than 3 minutes.
